Apparel and Wall Art Products:
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our apparel and wall art products, we regret to inform you that we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully crafted specifically for you, and as a result, we cannot accommodate returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damages during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, send a replacement.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects or damages during transit. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, attaching clear photos of the issue. Eligible refunds will be processed from the approval of your request.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
